Cheryl Kozera

With over 25 years experience in pageantry production from involvement at a community, regional and national level, Cheryl prides her reputation of excellence in pageant management to her style of presentation. Her events are not beauty pageants but opportunities of an empowerment retreat vibe where the entire weekend is filled with self acceptance, empowerment and educational workshops, all presented by leading professionals. She believes that swimsuits belong at the beach, therefore there is no swimsuit competition. An optional talent is available for those who are interested. Cheryl truly believes that if you surround yourself with positive, encouraging individuals, you will become just that. She attributes her success, to the relationship of equal and fair treatment of all participants, making them all feel as successful as the ultimate titleholder at the end of the process. 

Having offered this opportunity to over 600 younger women across Northern Ontario for the last 16 years, she feels that now more than ever, women 25 and older deserve an opportunity to recognize, celebrate and or discover their soul of greatness that lies within. Cheryl is thrilled to offer this experience to women over 25 with no age limit of participation, married, unmarried, children or no children, transgendered women, no importance placed on your dress size but on who you are, from the inside out. Natalie Carriere

After competing in pageants for over a decade, Natalie wanted to take her experience representing on both national and international pageant stages and share it with others. She began coaching young women who wished to enter the pageant world, and a new journey began. What started out as teaching runway and interview skills quickly became a passion for motivating others to become the best they can be and tackling each insecurity along the way. She's watched some young women she has mentored blossom into confident, independent and successful women not only in the pageant world but in their lives. When she is not working in the media field, Natalie enjoys spending time in nature and with friends and family. She believes the Mrs. & Ms. Regional Canada event will be unlike anything anyone has ever experienced and is so honoured to be a part of it!
